PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, ANY POLICY BREAK MIGHT RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM SHOW.

PLEASE READ-  Moving forward in 2025 anyone who bullies, fights, snarky comments about other staff will be removed from shows.  If you have a conflict you can call Molly- we can always move your position.  Please be kind and check your ego at the door- we are a fun, loving group and there is no place for making anyone feel bad.

INFO- I do also text 1-2 days prior to show with reminder and all information.

CHECK IN-    Mandalay Bay Convention Food Court.   If you get lost call Molly 702-813-4180.   You do not need to use the popbookings app check-in we will manually check off your name. DAY ONE- FOOD COURT, DAY TWO SIGN IN AT REGISTRATION AND GO TO YOUR LOCATION.

PARKING-  You will receive details on when you can get your validation.  Sometimes they have provided stickers in the past.  I will be letting you know.

SCHEDULE-  This show does have a lot of smaller shifts, you might be given longer hours but have to move areas, I tried to book staff longer than some of these 3 hour shifts.


ATTENDANCE-    Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in.  If you are late, a no show, or call off this can change your position in line to be asked for future shows.  IF YOU CAN'T WORK DO NOT REPLACE YOURSELF, WE HAVE A BACK UP LIST OF OVER FIFTEEN STAFF WAITING TO WORK AND MUST GO IN ORDER.

LUNCHES—They do not provide food or drinks, but we do have a back break room to store everything. The food court is usually closed on Sunday


DRESS CODE- 

  • black  professional top (no designs)

  • black dress slacks, NO JEANS OR LEGGINGS OR SWEAT SHIRT/PANTS YOU WILL BE CUT FROM SHOW.  (if you do not have dress code please call Molly before the show- not the night before)

  • black, plain belt, if want to wear one                                                                    

  • comfortable, all black shoes (gym style shoes are ok if all black or dark color) 

  • acceptable: black blazer, cardigan sweater, or sleeveless, V-neck sweater vest

What NOT to wear to work:

•  Hats
• Low cut tops
• T-Shirts (Unless it is a sponsored shirt from the show)
• Tank Tops
• Short Skirt
• Jeans
• Shorts
• Open toed shoes (Flip flops)
